Appearance: 
Seifer has yellow-blond hair that he keeps back out of his face, though a few of the shorter strands usually fall down onto his forehead. His eyes are a piercing green, and he wears a navy blue vest lined in gray with a zipper down the front, and a horizontal gray line that meets the zipper in the middle of his shirt to form a cross. Over this is a long, gray trenchcoat with a large black collar and big red crosses on the sleeves. Shoulderpads are worn on top of this. There's a thick metal dogtag necklace worn around his neck like a choker, and he also wears simple black leather gloves and pants with black combat boots. And as he is pre-game, this is a pre-scar version of Seifer. Everything about his movements screams confidence.

Personality: 
Referred to as "problematic" by his teachers, Seifer failed his SeeD exam once because of his inability to follow orders. Considering you can look past his quick temper, pride, and cockiness, he's not a bad friend- he is fiercely loyal to the few that do earn this position. He's smart, and ambitious, but tends to rub a lot of people the wrong way due to his arrogance. Which he is not willing to curb for ANYONE. He is, however, a dreamer at heart who wants more than anything to make something of himself that he can be proud of.

Abilities/Weaponry: 
very good at using a gunblade, basic magic abilities like all FF characters (with a penchant for fire), basic military training that all potential SeeDs undergo. Limit Break is Fire Cross which includes casting a fire spell, powering up his gunblade, and shooting a huge blast of raw power from it. He's not trained in any kind of martial arts at all, but he has had more than his fair share of experience in fist-fighting during his time at Balamb Garden.

Weaknesses: 
close-minded, usually rude, not very likeable at all. Sort of a rebel without a cause. Egocentric, hot-tempered, and a little bit of idealist. And although he would in a pinch, he would prefer not to wield any weapon other than his gunblade- ever. It's a pride thing. Oh, did I mention that Seifer has a shitload of pride? Because he does.
